Digital Product Policy
Codex Pet Kit sells digital generation access and downloadable AI-generated pet kit files. Because each generation uses paid AI infrastructure, completed generations are generally not refundable once a generation code has been used.
Unused paid generation codes may be reviewed for refund eligibility if you contact support within 14 days of purchase and the code has not been redeemed.
Failed or Unusable Generations
If the service fails because of a technical error, or if the generated kit is visibly broken, corrupted, missing the pet, or unusable as a Codex pet kit, contact support with your order details and a short description of the issue.
When we can verify a service failure, we may provide a replacement generation code, a free retry, or a refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Cases
Subjective preferences, style taste, changes of mind, uploaded images that are too unclear to produce a reliable result, or requests outside the product description are generally not eligible for a refund.
Extra Reroll purchases are intended for additional attempts and are generally not refundable after the reroll code has been used.

For refund or failed-output support, contact support@codexpetkit.com. Include your payment email, order identifier if available, generation code, and screenshots or files that show the issue.
